Position: Medical and Health Services Managers
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70–$110/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 4–6 weeks
Commitment: 20+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated healthcare operations plans, staff assignments, and compliance reviews for quality and accuracy.
Compare AI-generated responses based on operational soundness, regulatory compliance, and clinical-service feasibility.
Review healthcare management scenarios involving budgeting, personnel administration, records management, and program planning. Provide expert feedback.
Collaborate with AI research teams to improve AI model performance and ensure alignment with healthcare management principles.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing AI system outputs.
Qualifications
Must-Have
4+ years of experience in healthcare management roles such as Medical and Health Services Manager, Clinical Director, or similar.
Experience directing or coordinating medical and health services across hospitals, clinics, or public health agencies.
Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
Strong written English communication skills.
Start Date

Compensation & Legal
Task-based payment upon first task approval. Transition to hourly pay after the first task.
