The Director of Marketing is a senior leadership position responsible for developing and implementing the organisation's marketing strategy to strengthen the brand, increase market presence, attract customers, and support business growth. The Director of Marketing works closely with the CEO and senior management to plan marketing campaigns, manage digital and traditional marketing activities, conduct market research, monitor customer trends, oversee brand communications, manage the marketing budget, and measure campaign performance. The role also involves leading the marketing team, coordinating with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations departments, managing external agencies and partners, and ensuring that marketing initiatives align with the company’s vision, objectives, and long-term strategy.
