Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hajipur as part of the Marketing Team at Sankalp Infra Solution. Team members will support and execute marketing activities, including developing marketing strategies, assisting with campaigns, and coordinating promotional efforts for infrastructure projects. Daily tasks include conducting market research, gathering and analyzing customer and competitor insights, and supporting sales initiatives through presentations, proposals, and follow-ups. The role involves regular communication with clients and internal teams, providing responsive customer service, and helping maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Marketing team members are expected to work closely with project and sales teams to enhance brand visibility and contribute to busines
s growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, understand customer needs, and support planning of campaigns.
Candidates should possess Sales and basic Marketing skills to assist in lead generation, client outreach, and promotion of company services.
Ability to work on-site in Hajipur, collaborate in a team environment, and manage time and tasks efficiently.
Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort with digital communication platforms.
Educational background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in marketing or sales in infrastructure or related sectors as an advantage.
