Role Description The Dental Doctor will provide comprehensive dental care, including examination, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of restorative and preventive procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing clinical procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, scaling, and other treatments as per patient needs and clinical protocols. The role involves explaining treatment options to patients, obtaining informed consent, maintaining accurate medical records, and coordinating with dental assistants and administrative staff. The Dental Doctor will ensure adherence to infection control, safety standards, and ethical guidelines while contributing to a positive patient experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Kshana Dental in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
Recognized dental degree (BDS or equivalent) from an accredited institution and valid dental council registration.
Clinical experience in general dentistry, including diagnosis, restorative procedures, endodontics, minor oral surgery, and preventive care.
Strong patient communication skills, including the ability to explain treatment plans clearly and provide empathetic care to diverse patient groups.
Commitment to infection control, hygiene protocols, and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards in dental practice.
Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team, manage appointment schedules, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Willingness to stay updated with current dental techniques, materials, and technologies; continuing education or special training is an advantage.
Experience in a clinic or hospital-based dental setting in or around Hyderabad is preferred but not mandatory.
