AI Software Developer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI Software Developer role based in Lucknow. The AI Software Developer will design, implement, and optimize AI models and algorithms, with a focus on pattern recognition, neural networks, and natural language processing. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing production-ready software, integrating AI components into existing systems, writing clean and maintainable code, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver features. The role also involves evaluating new AI frameworks and tools, conducting experiments, analyzing model performance, and contributing to documentation and code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science principles and Software Development practices, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
Hands-on experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including designing, training, and evaluating machine learning and deep learning models.
Practical knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, entity recognition, and language modeling using modern NLP libraries.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used for AI (e.g., Python, Java, or C++), and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), software testing, and deploying AI models into production environments is beneficial.
Awareness of responsible AI practices, data privacy considerations, and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory solutions.
