Role Description The Vice President of Strategic Operations is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing operational performance and driving strategic initiatives across EarthPM’s portfolio of services. This role manages day-to-day operations, including resource planning, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination to ensure efficient delivery of sustainability-focused project management solutions. The Vice President will lead P&L oversight, set operational KPIs, and collaborate with senior leadership on long-term strategic planning and business growth. Daily responsibilities include guiding project teams, aligning operations with client expectations, improving customer service standards, and maintaining high-quality service delivery. The role also involves building partnerships, monitoring market trends in sustainability and project management, and identifying opportunities to expand EarthPM’s impact and client base.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management experience, including process improvement and scaling service delivery.
Demonstrated expertise in P&L Management and financial oversight to support sustainable business growth.
Background in Strategic Planning and business strategy, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
Advanced Project Management skills, ideally with exposure to sustainability or green project management practices.
Proven commitment to high-quality Customer Service and client relationship management.
Experience leading remote or distributed teams, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are preferred.
Track record of working with or within consulting, professional services, or training organizations is beneficial.
Ability to analyze data, develop metrics, and use insights to guide operational and strategic decisions.
