Role Description The Vice President of Strategic Planning is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading long-term business and financial strategy for DFL24. This position oversees the development and execution of strategic plans that support ecosystem growth, regulatory alignment, and international partnership expansion. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitive analysis, identifying regional and global opportunities, and shaping strategies for cross-border financial products and infrastructure. The role collaborates closely with executive leadership, product, regulatory, and partnership teams to translate insights into actionable initiatives, KPIs, and investment priorities. The Vice President of Strategic Planning will also prepare strategic reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, and play a key role in guiding the organization’s positioning within the global FinTech landscape.
Qualifications
Strong strategic and business planning skills, including experience defining long-term organizational roadmaps and growth initiatives.
Proficiency in analytical skills and market research to evaluate industry trends, competitive dynamics, and new opportunities.
Solid finance and strategic planning capabilities, with the ability to connect financial analysis to strategic decision-making.
Background in fintech, financial services, or related sectors; experience with cross-border or international financial solutions is an advantage.
Proven leadership in senior or executive roles, with a track record of driving complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to convey strategic recommendations to diverse audiences.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment and collaborate across cultures and time zones.
Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in strategic leadership roles.
