We’re Looking For an AI Practice Director
Our Team is looking for someone who has a passion for architecting intelligent, agent-driven applications and scalable AI infrastructure. As an AI Practice Director, you will be the technical face of InRhythm's Claude AI practice; on stage at Anthropic events, in the room with CIOs, and on the ground building the delivery methodology that powers our Foundry service offering. You will lead and inspire all stakeholders, including executives, decision-makers, and consultants alike. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Chief Architect and Head of Delivery to codify how InRhythm delivers AI at scale through the AI DLC (AI-Driven Lifecycle) methodology. You are the person we trust to walk into a client engagement without us, and win.
We work with cutting-edge technology, including Generative AI, RAG architectures, and Neural Networks, to develop vibrant solutions from the ground up. Together, we create applications and platforms that challenge the status quo through high-velocity AI engineering, helping our clients execute their modern digital roadmaps.
At InRhythm, you will:Serve as InRhythm's Field CTO, the senior technical voice in client conversations, executive workshops, and AI readiness assessmentsChampion and expand the Claude AI practice, including our Anthropic partnership, go-to-market motion, and pathway to becoming Anthropic's #1 enterprise partnerCo-own and evolve the AI DLC delivery methodology alongside Wayne, codifying how agentic AI workflows, LLM orchestration, and RAG architectures are delivered at scaleArchitect LLM-integrated cloud applications on AWS Bedrock and Azure OpenAI, working with ML Engineers and Product Managers to navigate AI-native platform strategyLead AI readiness assessments and solution architecture engagements for enterprise clients across financial services, retail, and beyondDefine and break out AI-driven features — semantic search, autonomous agents, predictive analytics — into executable delivery plansRepresent InRhythm at industry conferences and Anthropic events, building the brand as a thought leader in agentic AI and enterprise Claude deliveryMentor and grow a community of AI Architects, instilling best practices in Prompt Engineering, Model Evaluation, and MLOpsCollaborate with senior leadership on long-term AI organizational strategies, roadmaps, and SOW development for pre-sales
What you bring to the table:10+ years of technology experience including AI/ML architecture, microservices-based cloud architecture (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI), and LLM orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex)Deep expertise in Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus), Fine-tuning, RAG architecture, and API design for AI servicesFluency with agentic AI patterns, multi-agent orchestration, and the Claude ecosystem, or ability and drive to become certified within 30 days5+ years in consulting: defining business needs, guiding enterprises through AI transformation, and owning client relationships at the executive levelExperience leading Discovery exercises and producing detailed AI architecture diagrams for both technical teams and C-suite stakeholdersProven ability to communicate AI ROI, ethics, and risk tradeoffs with confidence to executive audiencesBackground in Data Engineering, Python-based AI development, and MLOpsComputer Science or Engineering degree (or equivalent demonstrated depth)Meets our 5 Values (GWC).
