Role Description The Vice President of Product Management is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across a portfolio of mobility and digital solutions. This role oversees end-to-end product lifecycle management, from market discovery and requirements definition to launch, iteration, and retirement, ensuring alignment with the company’s global mobility and sustainability objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to prioritize features, optimize customer value, and drive commercial performance. The Vice President leads and mentors product management teams, establishes best practices, and uses data-driven insights to guide decisions and refine product strategies. This role also engages with senior leadership and external partners to identify new opportunities, manage key initiatives, and ensure product offerings remain competitive and innovative in the global market.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Product Strategy and Product Management skills to define vision, build roadmaps, and manage the full product lifecycle.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret market data, customer insights, and performance metrics to support data-driven decisions.
Candidates should possess proven Team Leadership capabilities to build, mentor, and guide diverse product teams in a collaborative environment.
Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to oversee complex, cross-functional initiatives and deliver outcomes on time and within scope.
Extensive experience in senior product leadership roles, preferably in automotive, mobility, or technology sectors.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across global, cross-cultural teams.
Experience with agile methodologies, digital product development, and customer-centric design practices.
Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
