Commission Sales Associate

Role Description The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for generating new business and driving sales of Eurotech’s executive seating and office furniture solutions to corporate and institutional clients. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, preparing quotations and proposals, and negotiating pricing and terms in line with company policies. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, tracking sales performance, and providing regular reports and market feedback to the sales leadership team. The Commission Sales Associate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, after-sales support, and customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Proficiency in customer relationship management, negotiation, and account management.
Basic understanding of office furniture or related products, with the ability to learn technical and ergonomic features.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage corporate clients and decision makers.
Comfort with using productivity and CRM software to manage pipelines, track activities, and report results.
Prior experience in commission-based or target-driven sales roles, preferably in B2B or interiors/furniture segments.
Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage time and territory efficiently.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
Willingness to travel within and around Bengaluru for client visits and market development.
