Utilize GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) to search for flight availability, fares, and schedules.
Issue and manage airline tickets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to ticketing regulations.
Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
Assist clients in the event of flight cancellations, delays, or rescheduling, providing timely solutions.
Handle payment processing, invoicing, and financial transactions related to bookings.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions.
Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
Mentored and supported junior ticketing agents, offering guidance and training as needed.
Qualifications
Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
Strong understanding of airline fare structures, ticketing regulations, and travel industry standards.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
