About the Role
Enlightenment Investment is seeking an experienced Executive Vice President to provide senior leadership across business strategy, operations, and organizational execution. This role will work closely with executive leadership to drive strategic priorities, strengthen business performance, and support long term growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead strategic initiatives and company wide execution
• Oversee key business functions and operational performance
• Lead senior management and cross functional teams
• Translate corporate strategy into measurable business objectives
• Improve organizational efficiency and execution
• Support business development, partnerships, and market expansion
• Monitor business performance, risks, and strategic opportunities
• Collaborate with executive leadership on major business decisions
Qualifications
• 25+ years of professional experience
• 20+ years of management or executive leadership experience
• Extensive experience in business management, strategy, operations, or executive leadership
• Proven ability to lead senior teams and complex business functions
• Strong strategic planning, leadership, communication, and decision making skills
• Experience in investment management, financial services, FinTech, or digital assets preferred
