Role Description The Site Incharge role at sepl is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana. This role is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, including planning work schedules, allocating tasks, and supervising site staff and contractors to ensure smooth and safe execution of activities. The Site Incharge monitors project progress, ensures adherence to quality and safety standards, coordinates with project managers and clients, and maintains accurate records and reports. The role involves managing materials and equipment, addressing operational issues promptly, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The Site Incharge is expected to foster effective communication among team members, resolve site-level conflicts, and support timely completion of project milestones.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in site supervision, daily operations management, and coordination of workforce and contractors.
Knowledge of safety practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements relevant to on-site work environments.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle site challenges and operational issues efficiently.
Basic proficiency in documentation, reporting, and use of standard office and project management tools.
Previous experience in a site incharge, site supervisor, or similar role in construction, manufacturing, or industrial projects is preferred.
Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana on a full-time basis and maintain a professional, safety-focused work ethic.
