Position Overview
Jenscare is seeking a field-based Sales& Clinical Manager to drive the commercial and clinical development of its product portfolio across Eastern Europe.
Reporting to the EEMEA Commercial Leader, the role combines commercial responsibility with hands-on clinical support. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing markets, managing distributors and key accounts, supporting therapy adoption, building strong KOL relationships, and providing clinical and procedural support.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Development
Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with regional commercial objectives.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, key accounts, and potential markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs,Interventional Cardiologists, Cardiac Surgeons, Echocardiographers, procurement teams, and hospital decision-makers.
Manage and develop distributor relationships, including business planning, forecasting, performance follow-up, and commercial execution.
Support commercial negotiations, pricing, tenders, and contracts.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and case projections.
Monitor market trends,competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Clinical & TherapyDevelopment
Provide clinical and technical support during procedures involving Jenscare products.
Support patient screening, case planning, devicepreparation, and procedural workflow.
Collaborate with heart teams on anatomical assessment and relevant imaging, including CT and TEE.
Deliver product and hands-on training to physicians, hospital teams, and distributors.
Support KOL development, physician education, workshops, proctorship programs, congresses, and first-case activities.
Support the development of reference centers and future case pipelines.
Distributor & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with local distributors to execute commercial and clinical action plans and drive sustainable business growth.
Work closely with the EEMEA Commercial Leader, Therapy Promotion Team, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and Business Operations.
Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs,Quality, Finance, and other relevant functions as needed.
Support reimbursement, regulatory, tender, and market access activities where required.
Ensure all activities comply with company policies and applicable regulatory and ethical requirements.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing,or another relevant medical or clinical field.
Minimum of 5 yearsof experience in the Medical Device industry, preferably within Structural Heart, Interventional Cardiology, or Cardiovascular Therapies.
Experience combining commercial responsibilities with clinicalor procedural support.
Hands-on experience supporting transcatheter or interventional cardiovascular procedures.
Strong understanding of Cardiac Anatomy, Valvular Heart Disease, procedural workflows, and relevant imaging modalities.
Proven ability to develop relationships with physicians, KOLs, hospitals, and distributors.
Strong commercial and market-development mindset.
Ability to work independently across multiple countries and priorities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
Fluency in English.
Preferred
Experience with Structural Hearttherapies, including TAVI/TAVR, TEER, TTVR, TMVR, or other transcatheter valve technologies.
Experience launching new medical technologies or developing new markets.
Experience managing distributors or indirect sales channels.
Knowledge of reimbursement, tenders, regulatory pathways, and market access.
Additional languages relevant to the territory.
