Role Description This is a full-time, Architect role based in Chandigarh. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and plans, and ensuring designs comply with local building codes and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project managers, engineers, and site teams; reviewing design feasibility; and supporting the integration of architectural plans with structural, MEP, and interior requirements. The Architect will also participate in client meetings, prepare design presentations, and assist in project documentation, cost considerations, and design revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, safe, and aesthetically aligned building plans.
Experience in Project Management, including coordination with cross-functional teams, timeline tracking, and overseeing design implementation on site.
Exposure to Integration and Software Development concepts as they relate to BIM tools, design software, and digital collaboration platforms.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar), and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or an equivalent relevant qualification; professional registration or licensing is an advantage.
Ability to communicate design ideas clearly, work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability in design and construction.
