Role Description: The Collaborator role is a volunteer, remote position supporting creative and research-based projects at Modern Lorefolk. Day-to-day tasks may include contributing written or visual content, brainstorming project concepts with other collaborators, drafting, reviewing, or refining existing materials and helping coordinate tasks to keep projects on schedule. Collaborators help with organizing shared resources, documenting story ideas, narrative frameworks, and providing constructive feedback on drafts and prototypes. Depending on interest and experience, this role may also involve light coordination of online meetings, project documentation, and engagement with the Modern Lorefolk community through digital platforms. This role involves participation in creative initiatives and active engagement with both internal stakeholders and community partners.

• Adaptability and problem-solving capabilities, curiosity about diverse perspectives and traditions in a dynamic, evolving work environment.
• Interest in community engagement, cultural initiatives, education, or creative industries.
• Ability to contribute to creative projects, take part in collaborative creative work, such as concept development, basic content creation, managing tasks, timelines, and project documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, including clear writing, active listening, and respectful feedback in online discussions and shared documents.
• Comfort working remotely with digital collaboration tools (e.g., shared documents, messaging platforms, video calls), working in small, multidisciplinary teams. taking part in occasional events or meetings outside standard hours and managing time for volunteer commitments.
• Capacity to work independently, follow through on agreed tasks, and adapt to evolving project needs in a volunteer environments.
• Prior experience in writing, media, arts, creative projects, or community initiatives is helpful but not necessary; enthusiasm and reliability are highly valued.
