Role Description Volunteers at Sai Silpa Educational and Career Academy will support daily educational activities, including helping learners with academic subjects, assisting in classroom management, and preparing basic learning materials. They may participate in organizing workshops, mentoring students, and supporting outreach efforts to identify children in need of educational assistance. Volunteers are expected to collaborate with staff to maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all learners. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Narasaraopeta, requiring a consistent presence and active engagement with children and community members.
Qualifications
Ability to communicate clearly and patiently with children and adults from diverse backgrounds.
Strong interest in education, child development, or community service, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Basic organizational and time-management skills to support daily activities and scheduled programs.
Empathy, reliability, and a respectful attitude toward individuals from different socio-economic and cultural contexts.
Comfort working on-site in Narasaraopeta and collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, counseling, or volunteering with children is beneficial but not required.
