Overview
Antya AI Labs is establishing a Physical AI ecosystem focused on intelligent robotics, developed as a sister organization within the Antya AI Labs group. We are inviting applications for a Co-Founder to join this initiative at its inception. This is a founding-level engagement rather than a standard position of employment.
Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience; 20 years or more is strongly preferred
Demonstrated expertise in strategy, robotics, artificial intelligence, engineering, or technology
A track record of engagement with C-suite executives, senior leadership, or consulting and technology organizations
An academic or professional foundation in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Electronics & Communication, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or an allied field
Doctoral or research credentials are considered an advantage
Applications are welcomed from retired academics, senior industry professionals, and individuals with non-linear career trajectories
Candidates with backgrounds in Big Four consulting firms are particularly encouraged to apply.
Scope of the Role
The selected Co-Founder will contribute to the development of:
Physical AI and robotics strategy
Engineering and technology roadmaps
Go-to-market strategy and commercial planning
Identification and development of robotics use cases
Strategic partnerships and senior stakeholder relations
This role is oriented toward strategic and commercial leadership rather than hardware development. The successful candidate will be expected to develop a thorough understanding of robotic systems and their capabilities, and to leverage that understanding in building viable strategies, solutions, and business models.
Terms of Engagement
The underlying infrastructure and ecosystem for this venture are currently being developed as a sister company of Antya AI Labs. This opportunity does not carry fixed cash compensation at the outset. However, we are prepared to discuss a founder structure, including equity and long-term incentives, to be determined in proportion to the candidate's contribution, experience, and commitment.
We are seeking an individual prepared to build an organization from its earliest stages, contribute strategic vision, assume significant responsibility, and help define the future trajectory of Physical AI.
