Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Consultant role based in the Greater Lucknow Area. The Recruitment Consultant will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including understanding client requirements, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The role involves coordinating interview schedules, providing feedback to candidates, and advising clients on hiring decisions and market trends. The Recruitment Consultant will build and maintain talent pipelines, cultivate relationships with educational institutions for graduate recruitment, and prepare reports on recruitment activities. Collaboration with internal teams, adherence to recruitment best practices, and maintaining accurate documentation in applicant tracking systems are key aspects of the day-to-day work.
Qualifications
Skills in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting, with experience managing full-cycle hiring processes.
Consulting abilities to advise clients on role requirements, talent markets, and recruitment strategies.
Interviewing skills for conducting structured, fair, and competency-based candidate assessments.
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and candidates.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Lucknow Area and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
Attention to detail, ethical approach to recruitment, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
