About Us
At UCCFPV, we are pushing the boundaries of unmanned systems technology. We develop high-performance communication modules for UAVs (drones) and ground vehicles. We are looking for a skilled Electronic Design Engineer to join our team and lead the design of transceiver systems operating at 6 GHz.
Job Description
Develop RF transceivers and communication modules specifically for drones and ground vehicles.
Design complex PCBs for high-frequency applications (using Altium and KiCad).
Conduct design, simulation, and testing of RF circuits operating in the 6 GHz band.
Prepare regular, detailed, and meticulous technical reports on project progress.
Qualifications
Proven experience in RF circuit design and PCB layout (preferably in drone, aerospace, or telecommunications sectors).
Proficiency in Altium and KiCad.
Strong knowledge of signal integrity, impedance matching, and antenna theory.
Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
No travel restrictions; must be able to visit our office in Beyoğlu, Istanbul when required for critical meetings.
Detail-oriented and disciplined in reporting.
Work Model & Flexibility
Remote Work: You can work fully remote from anywhere in the world.
Office Work: If you prefer, you can work hybrid from our office in Beyoğlu, Istanbul.
If you choose to work from the office, your transportation costs will be fully covered by the company.
Working days: Monday to Friday.
Turkish Official Holidays (No work on these days):
Jan 1 – New Year's Day
Apr 23 – National Sovereignty and Children's Day
May 1 – Labor and Solidarity Day
May 19 – Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day
Jul 15 – Democracy and National Unity Day
Aug 30 – Victory Day
Oct 29 – Republic Day
Ramadan Feast (3.5 days including eve)
Eid al-Adha (Feast of Sacrifice) (4.5 days including eve)
Compensation & Benefits
Meal Support:
Office workers: Breakfast and lunch are provided by the company.
Remote workers: A separate lunch allowance is provided.
Bonuses:
For Ramadan Feast, Eid al-Adha, and New Year's Day (Jan 1) : 1 month's salary bonus is paid.
For the other official holidays listed above (Apr 23, May 1, May 19, Jul 15, Aug 30, Oct 29): A holiday bonus equal to 15% of your monthly salary is paid additionally for those non-working days.
An additional 1 month's salary bonus is paid every 6 months.
Annual Raise: A minimum 25% salary increase is applied at the end of each year.
