High-Performance Remote Sales Consultant

MannaFest Life is looking to connect with experienced professionals in the United States who are interested in personal development, continuous growth and building something that gives them greater scope to influence their own results.
This is a remote sales position within the personal development and leadership education sector. You’ll work with established digital tools and a structured sales process, connecting with prospective clients, conducting professional conversations and following up with people who have expressed an interest in the programs.
We’re particularly interested in people who already bring meaningful professional and life experience to the table. You may have built a successful corporate career, worked in sales or business development, run something of your own, worked in coaching or fitness, or reached a point where you’re ready to apply your experience in a different environment.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for developing interest through digital marketing activity, connecting with prospective clients, conducting structured conversations to assess suitability, following up professionally and guiding qualified individuals through the next stages of the process.
The role is self-directed, so organisation, consistency and personal accountability matter. You’ll have access to established tools, training, mentorship and professional support, but you’ll be responsible for managing your own activity and following through on the goals you set.
Who we’re looking for
This will probably suit someone with at least 7 years of professional experience who is comfortable communicating with people, enjoys learning and is genuinely interested in personal and professional development.
You don’t need to come from the personal development industry. What matters more is that you’re proactive, coachable, comfortable learning new skills and prepared to take responsibility for your own performance.
A sales or business development background can certainly be valuable, but so can substantial experience in leadership, client relationships, consulting, professional services or other environments where communication, judgement and initiative matter.
Working arrangement and compensation
This is a remote-based, self-directed professional role with flexibility around how you organise your activity. We recommend having approximately 10–15 hours per week available to develop the role consistently.
Compensation is performance-based and results-driven rather than a fixed salary, so this environment is best suited to someone who is comfortable with their results being connected to their own activity and performance.
If you’re looking specifically for a conventional fixed-salary position, this will not be the right fit. If, however, you’re comfortable being rewarded based on results, interested in developing your capabilities and looking for a professional environment where your own ambition can play a much bigger part in what you build, we’d be interested in hearing from you.
