Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Assistant at Perfect Deals Technologies. The Sales Assistant supports the sales team by responding to customer inquiries, providing product or service information, and helping maintain positive customer relationships. Daily tasks include assisting with follow-up communication, organizing sales documentation, updating customer records, and coordinating schedules or meetings for sales representatives. The role also involves supporting basic sales activities, such as preparing quotes, tracking leads, and reporting on sales-related metrics. The Sales Assistant works closely with team members to ensure timely, accurate, and customer-centered support.
