Role Description The Store Incharge role at The Supreme Industries Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Secunderābād. The Store Incharge will oversee daily store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring proper stock rotation. Responsibilities include supervising store staff, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with procurement and sales teams, and implementing processes that support loss prevention and adherence to company policies. The role also involves maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment, addressing customer or internal stakeholder needs promptly, and preparing regular reports on stock status and store performance.
Qualifications
Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to respond to internal and external stakeholders professionally.
Strong Communication skills for coordinating with teams, documenting store activities, and reporting inventory and operational issues clearly.
Store Management capabilities, including supervision of store staff, organization of stock, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Retail Loss Prevention skills to help reduce shrinkage, protect company assets, and ensure compliance with security and safety guidelines.
Experience in inventory control, stock reconciliation, and use of basic computer applications or ERP systems for store management.
Relevant experience in retail, warehouse, or store operations; prior experience as a store incharge or similar role is preferred.
Ability to work on-site full time in Secunderābād, with strong attention to detail, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in commerce, business, or a related field is an advantage.
