Role Description The Stem Robotic Trainer for Schools in Gwalior will deliver hands-on robotics and STEM education to school students, focusing on practical learning and problem-solving. This full-time, on-site role includes planning and conducting classroom and lab sessions, preparing teaching materials, and demonstrating robotic systems and components in a clear, engaging manner. The trainer will guide students through building and programming robots, support them in projects and competitions, and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and kits. Additional responsibilities include maintaining robotics equipment, coordinating with school staff, providing feedback on student progress, and contributing to curriculum improvements aligned with ISCI Foundation’s educational goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robotics-related skills, including Robotics and Robot operation.
Candidates should possess technical skills in Robotic Welding and Troubleshooting.
Candidates should possess maintenance skills, including Preventive Maintenance of robotic and related equipment.
Experience in STEM education, training, or teaching school-age learners is highly beneficial.
Strong communication, classroom management, and presentation skills are required.
A background in engineering, technology, or science (diploma or degree) is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with schools and adapt teaching methods to different learning levels is expected.
Comfort with basic programming or educational robotics platforms will be an advantage.
