Role Description The Field Officer role at Bio cababulls is a full-time, on-site position based in Hapur. The Field Officer will visit designated sites, farms, or partner locations to collect data, monitor activities, and ensure that company guidelines and standards are followed. This role involves regular interaction with local stakeholders, providing guidance, training, and support as needed, and reporting field findings and challenges to the management team. The Field Officer will document observations, prepare simple reports, and assist in implementing projects or initiatives in the field. The role also includes coordinating with other team members, maintaining accurate records, and helping improve processes and outcomes through practical feedback from daily field activities.
Qualifications
Strong fieldwork and observation skills, including the ability to collect and document accurate information on-site.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with local communities, partners, and internal teams.
Basic organizational and reporting skills, including maintaining records, preparing summaries, and sharing updates with supervisors.
Ability to work independently in an on-site environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing field conditions.
Relevant experience in field operations, community work, agriculture, or a related sector is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification at the secondary or higher secondary level; a diploma or degree in a related field is preferred.
Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., mobile apps, email, spreadsheets) for reporting and communication.
