Role Description The Documentation Specialist role at Mini India Limited Liability Company is a full-time, on-site position based in Vellore. The Documentation Specialist is responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining accurate documentation, including clinical and technical records, standard operating procedures, and internal guidelines. Daily tasks include drafting and updating documents, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, reviewing content for clarity and consistency, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather information. The role involves tracking document versions, maintaining secure and accessible archives, and supporting audits or inspections with complete and timely documentation. The Documentation Specialist collaborates closely with operational, technical, and clinical staff to ensure all documentation supports effective workflows and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Strong documentation skills, including experience with Documentation and Technical Documentation.
Ability to produce clear, structured content through Technical Writing and Clinical Documentation.
Solid Analytical Skills to review data, identify gaps, and improve document quality and accuracy.
Proficiency with documentation tools, version control, and basic office software (e.g., word processing and spreadsheets).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency.
Ability to work on-site in Vellore, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, engineering, technical communication, or a related discipline is preferred.
Experience in regulated or clinical environments and familiarity with documentation standards and compliance requirements is an advantage.
