Role Description The Logistics Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. This role is responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations, including order processing, shipment planning, carrier coordination, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. The Logistics Executive will maintain documentation, update systems, and communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and support smooth supply chain activities. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries related to deliveries, supporting sales with logistics information, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The Logistics Executive will collaborate closely with warehouse, finance, and sales teams to maintain service quality and operational compliance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills for planning, coordination, and control of end-to-end operations.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain clear coordination with stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support order execution, understand customer requirements, and align logistics with commercial objectives.
Relevant experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage multiple priorities, and use logistics or ERP software effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Educational background in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is beneficial.
