Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Global Recruitment Partner. The Global Recruitment Partner will manage sourcing activities and CV Sharing including sourcing for roles across different regions,with focus on the European Market.
Qualifications
Strong recruiting and hiring skills, with experience managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes across the European Market.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, time zones, and organizational levels.
Prior experience in global or multi-region recruitment and familiarity with remote hiring tools and platforms.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in talent acquisition.
