Role Description The Landscape Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun, responsible for overseeing day-to-day landscape operations at project sites. This role includes planning and supervising gardening activities, coordinating landscape maintenance, monitoring irrigation systems, and ensuring that landscape design plans are executed correctly. The supervisor will assign tasks to field staff, monitor work quality, manage materials and equipment, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards on-site. The role also involves liaising with clients and project managers, tracking progress against schedules, reporting site issues, and supporting continuous improvement in landscape practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Landscape Maintenance and Landscaping to supervise daily site operations and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Gardening and Irrigation to manage plant health, watering schedules, and resource-efficient practices.
Candidates should possess familiarity with Landscape Design principles to interpret plans, support layout decisions, and maintain design integrity on-site.
Relevant experience in site supervision, team coordination, and outdoor work environments, preferably in landscaping or horticulture.
Ability to read and follow work schedules and basic drawings, with good problem-solving and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to guide and motivate site staff in varying weather and field conditions.
Diploma, certificate, or coursework in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in Dehradun or similar regions is an advantage.
