Role Description The On-Camera Content Creator is a full-time remote role responsible for presenting investment-related topics clearly and confidently on video. Day-to-day tasks include planning and scripting short and long-form educational videos, recording on-camera content, and collaborating with writers, editors, and producers to refine messaging. The role involves working with the team to develop content ideas, incorporating feedback from subject matter experts, and adapting communication style for different platforms and audiences. The On-Camera Content Creator also helps ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines, maintains a professional tone, and follows compliance and accuracy standards related to financial education.
Qualifications
Strong on-camera presence, with clear articulation and the ability to explain complex topics in a relatable, engaging manner.
Experience with scripting or outlining video content, including structuring educational or explainer-style videos.
Familiarity with basic video production workflows, such as working with lighting, sound, and framing, and collaborating with video editors.
Understanding of investing, financial markets, or personal finance concepts, or a strong interest and ability to learn these topics quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and commitment to factual accuracy.
Comfort working in a remote environment, including reliable internet access and a professional on-camera setup or willingness to develop one.
Ability to take constructive feedback, adjust delivery style, and collaborate effectively with a dispersed team.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Finance, Economics, or related field is helpful but not required; relevant experience in content creation or presenting is strongly valued.
