The company builds infrastructure that helps financial institutions deploy AI securely and in line with regulatory expectations, with its flagship product Lynx offering runtime guardrails, red-team evaluation, and compliance mapping. Zytra’s work is anchored in FinProof, an open benchmark built from real-world adversarial BFSI scenarios, including bias in loan decisions, document fraud, and prompt injection risks. The team aligns controls to key Indian regulatory frameworks such as RBI FREE-AI guidelines, the DPDP Act, SEBI AI risk circulars, and the IFSCA FinTech framework, and provides an Agentic Risk Atlas covering hundreds of controls for multi-agent systems. Founded by professionals with hands-on experience governing AI at scale in major Indian financial institutions, Zytra combines practical risk insights with deep domain expertise.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Presales Solutions Architect role based in Hyderabad or Mumbai, India. The Presales Solutions Architect will work closely with prospective and existing BFSI clients to understand their AI safety, risk, and compliance needs, and design tailored solution architectures using Zytra’s products and platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading technical discovery sessions, mapping client business processes and regulatory requirements to Zytra’s capabilities, and preparing solution designs, demos, and proof-of-concept implementations. The role involves collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams to respond to RFPs and technical questionnaires, address integration and deployment considerations, and ensure that proposed solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant. The Presales Solutions Architect will also gather client feedback, contribute to product enhancements, and support training and handover activities for successful implementations.
Qualifications
Strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing secure, scalable AI or software solutions for enterprise clients.
Consulting experience in BFSI or technology services, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, implementable solutions.
Foundational Software Development knowledge to understand technical constraints, APIs, and platform capabilities.
Integration skills involving data pipelines, enterprise systems, and cloud or on-premise environments.
Understanding of Business Process analysis and optimization, particularly in regulated financial services contexts.
Familiarity with AI, data governance, or risk and compliance frameworks relevant to BFSI (e.g., RBI, SEBI, DPDP Act) is highly beneficial.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
