ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Product Manager, you will own product initiatives from idea to launch. You will work closely with founders, engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams to build high-impact products that drive growth and improve customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities
Gather business and customer requirements
Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Coordinate with design and engineering for execution
Analyze product performance, funnels, and KPIs
Run experiments to improve conversion and retention
Manage product launches and post-launch iterations
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong product thinking and problem-solving
Experience with PRDs, wireframes, and roadmaps
Good understanding of UX/UI principles
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
Hands-on with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, GA/Mixpanel
Excellent communication and ownership mindset
Startup mindset with speed and adaptability
EXPERIENCE
2 to 5 years in Product Management / APM / Product Owner roles
Startup, D2C, SaaS, Marketplace, or Consumer Tech preferred
