Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Management & Operations & Maintenance role based in Hyderabad. The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects from initiation through completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress against milestones. The position also oversees daily operations and maintenance activities, ensuring systems and facilities run safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Responsibilities include preparing reports, managing documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and communicating status updates to stakeholders. The role requires proactive identification of risks and issues, implementation of corrective actions, and support for continuous improvement initiatives in both project delivery and ongoing operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills, including experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Project Planning skills, such as developing schedules, defining milestones, allocating resources, and tracking timelines and budgets.
Candidates should possess Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, diagnose issues, and recommend practical solutions for projects and operations.
Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills, including reporting, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Relevant experience in operations and maintenance within infrastructure, facilities, or industrial environments is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office, and familiarity with safety and compliance standards, is advantageous.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
