Senior Technical Product Manager

Role Description The Senior Technical Product Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the definition, delivery, and optimization of Suppy’s technology products for retailers and marketplaces. This role involves translating business and customer needs into clear product requirements, prioritizing the roadmap, and collaborating closely with engineering, design, operations, and data teams. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing user and stakeholder feedback, defining technical specifications, overseeing implementation, and ensuring products are reliable, scalable, and aligned with Suppy’s strategic goals. The Senior Technical Product Manager will also monitor product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous iteration based on data-driven insights. In addition, this role contributes to cross-functional initiatives, supports go-to-market activities, and helps shape Suppy’s long-term product vision in the e-grocery and retail space.
Qualifications
Strong Technical Product Management experience, including working closely with engineering teams and translating complex technical concepts into practical product solutions.
Proven Product Management and Product Strategy skills, with a track record of defining roadmaps, managing backlogs, and delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated Program Management capabilities, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing timelines, and aligning stakeholders around shared objectives.
Advanced Analytical Skills, including comfort with metrics, experimentation, and data tools to inform decisions and measure product impact.
Experience in e-commerce, retail technology, logistics, or fulfillment platforms is highly beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong communication, collaboration, and documentation practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent practical experience is a plus.
Familiarity with agile product development methodologies and modern SaaS/platform architectures.
