Role Description The Production Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Secunderābād. This position is responsible for supervising daily production activities, coordinating workflow on the manufacturing floor, and ensuring that output meets quality and safety standards. The role includes monitoring production processes, maintaining documentation, supporting implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), and collaborating with quality control and research teams to resolve issues. The Production Officer will also assist in training production staff, optimizing resource utilization, and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives. Close coordination with procurement, maintenance, and other departments is required to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
Qualifications
Quality Control skills, including familiarity with inspection protocols, compliance standards, and documentation practices.
Experience in Training, with the ability to guide production staff on SOPs, safety procedures, and best manufacturing practices.
Background in the Food Industry or related life science sectors, with understanding of regulatory and hygiene requirements.
Manufacturing experience, including hands-on involvement in production lines, process monitoring, and workflow coordination.
Research skills to support process improvement, data collection, and evaluation of new production methods or materials.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels.
Relevant diploma or degree in life sciences, food technology, industrial engineering, or a related field.
Working knowledge of production planning tools, basic computer skills, and familiarity with safety and environmental regulations.
