Role Description The Search Engine Optimization intern will support ReaThis in increasing organic visibility and traffic across its digital content. This remote internship role involves conducting keyword research, assisting with on-page SEO optimization, and helping perform SEO audits to identify technical and content-related opportunities. The intern will contribute to link-building initiatives, analyze performance using web analytics tools, and prepare basic reports on key SEO metrics. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with editors and writers to implement SEO best practices, maintaining organized documentation of optimizations, and staying current with search engine guidelines and industry trends.
Qualifications
Ability to conduct effective Keyword Research and support On-Page SEO optimization.
Understanding of how to perform SEO Audits and identify technical or content-related issues.
Basic knowledge of Link Building strategies and ethical outreach practices.
Familiarity with Web Analytics tools to track performance and interpret traffic data.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in data and content.
Interest in AI, SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud computing, or business technology is highly beneficial.
Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Enrollment in or completion of a program in marketing, communications, data analytics, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
