Role Description This is a full-time, remote App Developer role focused on building, enhancing, and maintaining mobile and web application features. The App Developer will design and implement clean, efficient code, collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, and ensure applications are responsive, secure, and scalable. Daily tasks include integrating APIs and third-party services, managing data interactions with databases, and optimizing front-end elements such as layouts and styles. The person in this role will troubleshoot and resolve bugs, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process and overall user experience.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Software Development and Programming, with experience building and maintaining applications.
Practical experience working with Databases, including designing schemas, writing queries, and ensuring data integrity.
Proficiency in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related front-end technologies for creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
Experience with Integration of APIs and third-party services into applications, ensuring reliable, secure data exchange.
Familiarity with at least one modern programming language or framework (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Swift, JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native, Flutter).
Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and communicate clearly with distributed teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with mobile app deployment processes and app store guidelines is an advantage.
