Role Description The Corporate HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The HRBP will partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, supporting workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development. Daily responsibilities include advising on HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law. The role will drive performance management processes, support leadership in coaching and feedback, and coordinate development and engagement initiatives. The HRBP will collaborate closely with HR centers of excellence and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) knowledge, including HR policies and corporate HR practices.
Candidates should possess skills in employee relations, including conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
Candidates should possess understanding of labor and employment law, with the ability to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Candidates should possess experience in performance management, including goal setting, appraisal processes, and feedback mechanisms.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership, influence decisions, and manage change in a corporate environment.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools.
Prior experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR leadership role in financial services or insurance is an advantage.
