Kept helps established clinics handle more of the enquiries they already receive.
We work with medspas, aesthetic clinics, cosmetic practices and other cash-pay healthcare businesses across Texas.
We’re looking for someone who can help us find and speak with clinic owners who could benefit from Kept.
What you'll do
Research clinics that fit our target market
Find the right owner or decision-maker
Make outbound calls and introduce Kept
Send targeted messages when appropriate
Have short conversations with clinic owners
Identify clinics that are a good fit
Book qualified meetings for the Kept team
Keep basic prospect information organised
You won't be expected to close deals yourself.
The focus is finding the right clinics, starting conversations and getting qualified owners onto a meeting.
What we're looking for
You don't need years of sales experience.
We're more interested in how you communicate, how you handle rejection and whether you can consistently get the work done.
You'll be a good fit if you:
Communicate clearly and confidently
Are comfortable speaking with business owners
Can make outbound calls without needing constant supervision
Are organised and reliable
Can research a business before contacting them
Take feedback well
Are comfortable working remotely
Can work during Texas business hours
Experience with sales, cold calling, lead generation, healthcare, medspas or local businesses is useful, but isn't required.
Compensation
This is a performance-based contractor role.
$50 for each qualified meeting that is held
$300 for each paying clinic you directly bring in
$450 first-customer bonus
10% of subscription revenue collected from your customers for their first 6 months
There is no fixed salary for this role.
Hours
Part-time and flexible, with availability during Texas business hours.
We're looking for someone who can commit consistent time each week rather than someone looking for occasional work.
About Kept
Kept is building a simple way for clinics to respond to enquiries, recover missed calls, follow up with prospective patients and bring previous patients back.
We're a small team, so you'll work directly with the founder and have a lot of ownership over your work.
