The role involves testing real-world travel scenarios, evaluating AI-supported tools, and providing practical industry feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Test realistic travel workflows across booking, reservations, ticketing, and hospitality platforms.
Evaluate AI-supported travel tools using real-world scenarios.
Identify and document incorrect, inefficient, or unrealistic system outcomes.
Provide clear, actionable feedback on platform usability and travel operations.
Suggest improvements based on industry best practices.
Review itineraries, reservations, and travel-related workflows for accuracy.
Collaborate with project teams through structured feedback and documentation.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience in travel operations, hospitality, corporate travel, booking, or reservations.
Experience using reservation, ticketing, or travel management platforms.
Strong operational judgment and attention to detail.
Ability to identify workflow issues and explain their practical impact.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with process improvement, workflow documentation, or digital transformation.
Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools.
Experience evaluating travel technology platforms.
