SUMMARY:
Established, boutique recruitment agency seeks skilled Recruitment Researcher / Candidate Consultant / Delivery Consultant to work with the MD to fill open positions and support the delivery of specialist recruitment mandates.
POSITION INFO:
This is a hands-on, remote position focussed on candidate sourcing, interaction and administration with exposure to the broader recruitment process from initial brief through to placement. Key Responsibilities: Fill open positions and generate revenue and commission. Attend client briefings and understand role requirements and candidate profiles. Conduct market research and talent mapping, primarily within Financial Services. Source candidates using LinkedIn, PNet, Boolean, Google X-Ray, referrals and internal databases. Identify and engage both active and passive candidates. Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and talent pools. Market suitable candidates to consultants and clients. Co-ordinate candidate and client interviews and assist with interview preparation. Facilitate relevant MIE, credit, qualification and background checks. Maintain accurate candidate records, CVs and recruitment activity on Placement Partner. Provide regular activity, pipeline and recruitment reports. Work closely with Directors and wider recruitment team. Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in agency recruitment research, sourcing, recruitment or talent acquisition. Financial Services recruitment experience is highly advantageous. Stable work track record with a history of success in placing candidates. Strong LinkedIn, PNet, Boolean and Google X-Ray sourcing skills. Experience in engaging and screening candidates. Strong research, communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent attention to detail and data management ability. Able to manage multiple searches and changing priorities. Self-motivated and accountable Comfortable working fully remotely with the necessary broadband infrastructure to accommodate remote work. What We Offer : Fully remote working.
