Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR activities to support employees and maintain smooth HR operations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Roorkee and includes responsibilities such as maintaining employee records, overseeing onboarding and exit processes, and supporting payroll and attendance management in coordination with relevant teams. The role involves implementing and communicating HR policies, handling employee queries, and supporting performance management processes. The Human Resources Executive will also assist in recruitment activities, coordinate training and development initiatives, and contribute to employee engagement and compliance with statutory requirements.
Qualifications
Strong HR Management and HR Operations skills to handle end-to-end HR processes.
Experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement.
Knowledge of HR Policies and core Human Resources (HR) practices, including compliance and documentation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in an HR role, preferably in manufacturing, pharma, or biotech sectors, is beneficial.
