Expert Opportunity - M&A Due Diligence Manager ($100/hr, up to $2,000/week)

About This Opportunity
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced M&A due diligence managers who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.
We're looking for M&A due diligence managers with 4+ years at a top advisory firm (e.g. Big 4) to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: quality of earnings report exhibits, databook summary slides, diligence findings decks, working capital analysis pages, and red flag report production.
Compensation: $100/hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: ASAP
Qualifications
4+ years in transaction services / FDD at a top advisory firm (e.g. Big 4)
Deep expertise in QoE exhibits, findings communication, and report production
Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
