We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help grow a hypnotherapy & transformational coaching practice by bringing new clients into our programs and services.
This is a 100% commission, performance-based opportunity.
There is no salary or hourly rate. Your earning potential is directly connected to the clients and revenue you generate.
What You'll Be Doing
Your primary objective is simple:
Bring qualified, perfect fit new clients into the business.
Qualified leads - no closing sales.
You may use a combination of:
Social media outreach
Facebook and Instagram
LinkedIn
Networking
Referral partnerships
Community groups
Direct messaging
Email outreach
Telephone conversations
Strategic partnerships
Your existing network
Other creative client-acquisition strategies
You'll identify potential clients, start conversations, understand their needs, introduce them to the appropriate hypnotherapy & transformational coaching service, and help move qualified prospects toward becoming paying clients.

Previous business development or sales experience is valuable, but results, personality and ability to generate business matter more than job titles.

The Commission
Our packages range from 3k to 15k
This is a genuine commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential.
The more business you generate, the more you earn.
You'll receive an agreed percentage of the revenue generated from clients you successfully bring into the business based upon your skills and experience.
There is no ceiling on your earnings.
