AFM is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collection Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of agents, ensuring both internal and client work standards are met, facilitating ongoing development, and exceeding assigned revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure both internal and client work standards are met
Monitor agent work efforts throughout the day; proactively address & resolve deficiencies
Interpret KPI’s and provide ongoing training and development
Audit account-level activity and provide constructive feedback and instruction
Evaluate calls to ensure compliance and negotiation effectiveness
Meet and exceed monthly recovery goals
Qualifications
Experience leading a third-party collection team of 10-20 agents
Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals in a third-party collection environment
Ability to interpret and leverage performance reports and KPI data
