Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Chennai. The Junior Architect will support senior team members in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and producing detailed plans and 3D models. Daily responsibilities include assisting with design development, coordinating with project stakeholders, preparing presentations, and updating documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves reviewing site conditions, supporting basic project coordination, and ensuring designs align with local regulations, standards, and client expectations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including conceptualization, space planning, and technical detailing.
Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration awareness as it relates to using design and BIM tools collaboratively within project workflows.
Candidates should possess Project Management-related skills such as organizing tasks, tracking timelines, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent accredited qualification.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to work on-site in Chennai and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
