Architectural Drafter

Role Description The Architectural Drafter will support architects and designers by translating concepts into detailed technical drawings and documentation for luxury residential and hospitality projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in Udaipur and involves preparing architectural and construction drawings, updating layouts, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with design standards and local regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with the design team, incorporating feedback into plans, maintaining drawing records, and assisting in the preparation of presentation drawings and 3D views as required. The role also requires close collaboration with site and project teams to address design-related queries and align drawings with on-ground conditions.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings for residential and hospitality projects.
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Architecture and Planning principles, including layout planning and space utilization.
Candidates should possess proficient Drawing skills, including technical drafting and clear visual representation of design concepts.
Candidates should possess familiarity with CAD or BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and basic understanding of building codes and standards.
Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field, along with good communication and teamwork abilities.
Candidates should possess attention to detail, the ability to follow design guidelines, and a willingness to learn and adapt to project requirements.
