Role Description
We are looking for a creative, hands-on and independent Video Editor & Content Creator to join our Pune office and take ownership of our video content.
This is not a role where you simply receive footage, edit it and send back a final file.
We are looking for someone who understands storytelling, attention, pacing and visual communication — someone who can take an idea or piece of raw footage and turn it into content that people want to watch.
You will work directly with the founders and independently manage the video-content workflow — from basic shooting and editing to repurposing, thumbnails, publishing and continuous improvement.
Our content spans financial education, investing, wealth management, brand communication, events, promotional campaigns and internal/company content.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing to manage end-to-end creation of professional video content.
Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements, titles, and animations.
Proficiency in common video and design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop or similar) is highly beneficial.
Strong storytelling ability, attention to detail, and an understanding of marketing and brand communication are preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Pune District, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is required.
