Role Description The Manager role at Galav Foods is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanpur Nagar. The Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate staff schedules, and ensure that production, quality, and service standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and optimizing processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency. The Manager will handle team supervision, performance feedback, and basic training to maintain a safe and productive work environment. In addition, the role involves preparing routine reports, supporting compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with leadership on operational improvements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in operations or team management, preferably in the food, manufacturing, or retail sector.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for supervising staff and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Basic understanding of inventory control, production workflows, and quality or safety standards.
Ability to work on-site in Kanpur Nagar and maintain a consistent full-time schedule.
Comfort with basic computer applications for reporting, documentation, and coordination; exposure to ERP or POS systems is an advantage.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes and resolving operational issues.
Relevant diploma or degree in business, operations, food technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
