About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Admission Counselor to join our growing admissions team.
You will be responsible for connecting with parents who have shown interest in Spellzee, understanding their requirements, explaining our programs, handling their queries, following up with interested parents and scheduling demo sessions for students.
This is a highly communication-oriented role where your ability to listen, understand, communicate, build trust and follow through will be important.
You will receive complete training from Spellzee, including product knowledge, parent communication, counseling techniques, lead handling, follow-ups and the overall admission process.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective parents through outbound calls.
Understand the child's learning requirements and the parent's expectations.
Explain Spellzee's programs, learning methodology and offerings clearly.
Handle questions and objections professionally.
Follow up with interested parents and maintain consistent communication.
Schedule demo classes based on parent and student requirements.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth demo experience.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
Work towards daily and monthly admission goals.
Ensure every parent receives a professional and positive experience.
Continuously improve your communication and counseling skills.
Who Can Apply?
We are looking for recent UG graduates who are confident, energetic, competitive and interested in building a career in Admissions, Inside Sales, Education Sales or Customer Success.
Candidates with 6 months–1 year of experience in any of the following areas are preferred:
Admission Counseling
Telecalling
Inside Sales
Education Sales
Customer Support
Customer Success
Business Development
Other customer-facing roles
Freshers who meet the communication and eligibility requirements are also welcome to apply.
Mandatory Requirements
Recent UG graduate — preferably graduated in 2025 or 2026.
Excellent spoken English communication is mandatory.
Tamil communication is mandatory.
Should be confident speaking with parents over the phone.
Strong listening, interpersonal and convincing skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting regular follow-ups.
Comfortable working with targets and measurable outcomes.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Should have a reliable work-from-home setup, including a laptop/desktop and stable internet connection.
Should be comfortable using basic digital tools and communication platforms.

Work Environment
This is a full-time work-from-home position involving regular communication with parents, outbound calling, follow-ups, demo scheduling and admission-related activities.
